The Downtown Neighborhood Association of Elgin recently announced that in 2011 the Downtown Elgin Harvest Market - Presented by Alexian Brothers will be moving to the old Gail Borden Library parking lot on the S.W. corner of Kimball St. & N. Grove Avenue. The Harvest Market is seeking sponsors for our 2011 Harvest Market season.
