Over 30 Downtown businesses are offering special promotions to any person who can verify their employment within Downtown Elgin's boundaries (which officially is State St. to the West, Kimball St. to the North, Center St./Villa St. to the East and National St. to the South). These promotions consist of discounted or free goods & services as well as great food/drink specials at many Downtown restaurants.
Flyers will also be available throughout Downtown at many participating businesses.
We encourage all Downtown employees to download or pick up a flyer as there will be a special "punch card" promotion in which those who achieve the required amount of punches on their flyer will be eligible for a drawing for $100 in Downtown Elgin Gift Certificates.
