Red Bar to open this month, but not this week
In my excitement for the opening of the Red Bar Winery & Bistro, I said in my last blog post that it was opening this week. Scratch that. It is set to open this month, but the date has not yet been determined. My bad. I'll keep you posted.

To the owners of Red Bar Winery, you should advertise your new business on the West Elgin forum, www.newelgin.com. I'm a "west Elgin" resident, and I am positive several people in my neighborhood (we're talking hundreds of houses and townhomes) would love to know you're open for business. Consider this an invitation.
Thanks for the Invitation. We are very excited about our upcoming opening. It has been pushed back so many time we hope people don't get tired of waiting. We thought we would open in March for sure but April is more realistic. We will certainly let everyone know the opening date as soon as we know.
