what does DNA stand for?
DNA stands for Downtown Neighborhood Association. It's just another acronym that's supposed to make communication easier, unless you don't know what it stands for. Thanks for bringing it up. Some other acronyms being thrown around Elgin:
GPA alias Gifford Park Association
NENA alias NorthEast Neighborhood Association
I'll admit, that when it comes to IM conversations, I'm lost beyond LOL.
