UPDATE: The Hummel Group, one of the two developers competing for the right to develop the old library site has dropped out of the race. This was according to Mayor Schock late Tuesday.The two developers developer for the old library site will be presenting their plans to the city council on Wednesday, April 27th at 4:30 p.m. The presentation will take place during the Committee of the Whole meeting in the council chambers at city hall. The projects range between $52 and $53 million dollars, 137 to 150 residential units and the tallest buildings are seven stories in one project and ten stories in the other. The project is $53 million with150 residential units and the tallest section is ten stories high. Please attend if you are interested in hearing the details on this project.
