Rachel’s Books & Café is relocating to the former EFS bank site at Spring and Chicago streets. They will be moving from their Schaumburg location to Elgin in July. Read more about the shop in the Daily Herald article. Last year's downtown survey rated a bookstore high on the retail wish list.
